报告摘要:
Quantum computers have long been considered a revolutionary next-generation computing technology. In recent years, growing attention has been focused on the development of fault-tolerant universal quantum computers capable of solving complex real-world problems efficiently. Among various qubit implementations, spins in silicon quantum dots have emerged as a promising candidate due to their long coherence times and compatibility with existing silicon semiconductor technology. This talk introduces the fundamentals of silicon-based qubits and highlights current global research and development trends. The fabrication of silicon qubit devices, spin blockade, and spin manipulation are also presented. These studies leverage precision measurement techniques, such as single-electron readout and spin-to-charge conversion, enabling detailed control and analysis at the quantum level.
